Website & service terms
Understand the role, scope and responsibilities before you proceed.
General terms for using this website, beginning a consultation and considering a SunLiTe service.
Last reviewed: 31 July 2026Website purpose
This website provides general information about SunLiTe, its consultation process, services and optional planning tools. Website content is a preliminary reference and is not a product offer or external-provider decision.
Do not rely on general website content as a substitute for reviewing the facts, documents and terms relevant to your own situation.
Free consultation and paid services
The first consultation and standalone credit-report review are free. A paid service is optional.
Before paid work begins, SunLiTe provides a written scope or quotation describing the proposed work and exclusions, SunLiTe service fee, expected timing, relevant payment terms, cancellation and refund terms, and the contact route for questions. The accepted document forms the specific agreement for that service and takes priority if it differs from this general page.
SunLiTe's role and service boundaries
SunLiTe helps customers organise information, prepare questions and understand possible next steps within the accepted scope. It does not issue financing products or make an external provider's final assessment.
SunLiTe provides advisory guidance only. Its current public service does not negotiate, restructure or reschedule an existing credit agreement, decide whether DRP is suitable or available, or receive and distribute repayments on a customer's behalf.
Unless the written scope expressly says otherwise, a comparison is limited to the options available within that service and is not a whole-market comparison.
Customer responsibilities
- Provide information that is accurate and reasonably complete
- Review documents and explanations before making a decision
- Ask when a term, action or request is unclear
- Use official SunLiTe channels and protect passwords and OTPs
- Comply with the accepted service scope and payment terms
External decisions and no promised outcome
External providers control their assessment, documents, timing, amount, rate, conditions and final terms. SunLiTe does not promise a favourable decision, confirmed amount, saving, reduction or another outcome.
A service fee relates to the work in the accepted scope, not to a promised provider result.
Lumi Digital Guide, WhatsApp assistance and website screening
The website's Lumi Digital Guide displays programmed guidance and links. Lumi is available on official WhatsApp 24 hours a day for basic routing. A SunLiTe adviser continues enquiries during Monday to Sunday, 9:00 AM–10:00 PM (Malaysia time). Lumi does not make an external-provider decision. Do not submit an OTP, password or full account login.
The website screening is a voluntary planning illustration. Its DRP indicator highlights a possible adviser conversation; it does not determine whether DRP is suitable or available. Its calculations, service boundaries and limits are explained in the Screening Disclaimer.
Questions and complaints
Send a service question or complaint to official@sunliteadvisory.com or through SunLiTe's official WhatsApp. Include the relevant quotation or service reference and a short explanation.
SunLiTe will confirm receipt and explain the expected response timing. A complex matter may require more information or time; if so, the advisory team will provide an update.
Website content and changes
SunLiTe may update this website to reflect its current services, processes or legal obligations. Important terms for an accepted service remain those in the applicable written agreement.
SunLiTe branding, text and original website materials may not be copied or represented as another party's service without permission.
