Services & suitability

What can SunLiTe help me with?

SunLiTe provides guidance for personal, business and property financing conversations, refinancing, monthly commitments, Direction & Recovery Planning and credit-report review.

Who can contact SunLiTe?

Individuals, salaried customers, self-employed customers and business owners may ask about personal, business, property, refinancing or commitment-related matters.

Can I ask for help after an earlier unsuccessful application?

Yes. An adviser can help organise the broad information and preparation questions that may deserve attention. This does not change or predict an external provider decision.

Can SunLiTe help with property financing or refinancing?

Yes. SunLiTe can help frame the objective, broad income profile, commitments and relevant property information for a focused discussion.

Consultation & access

Is the first consultation free?

Yes. There is no upfront charge to begin. A fee applies only if you later choose a paid service after reviewing its written scope and quotation.

What happens after I contact SunLiTe?

Lumi can route your official WhatsApp enquiry at any time. A SunLiTe adviser continues during adviser hours, understands your objective and explains what may be useful to prepare.

What should I prepare first?

A short description of your objective is enough to begin. Wait for an adviser to explain which further information is relevant and why.

How are consultations conducted?

Online consultation is available throughout Malaysia. In-person meetings in Kuala Lumpur are available by confirmed appointment, with the venue provided privately after arrangements are confirmed. No walk-ins.

What language can I use?

You may begin in your preferred language. Adviser language availability will be confirmed during follow-up.

Is WhatsApp available 24 hours?

Lumi can assist with basic routing on official WhatsApp 24 hours. Advisers continue enquiries Monday to Sunday, 9:00 AM–10:00 PM (Malaysia time).

Fees & customer choice

What if I do not proceed?

You may stop after the free first consultation without a service fee. If paid work has already been accepted, the accepted scope and cancellation terms apply.

Is there a refund policy?

Yes. Refund considerations depend on the accepted service, work completed and agreed terms. The Fees & Refunds page explains the review process.

Credit report, commitments & DRP

Is the credit-report review free?

Yes. It is a standalone free review and does not require you to accept a paid service.

What does the review include?

An adviser explains visible signals, questions that may need clarification and what may be useful to prepare. It is not credit repair or dispute filing.

What is Direction & Recovery Planning?

Direction & Recovery Planning, or DRP, is an advisory conversation about organising commitments and considering structured directions. It is not a decision that DRP is suitable or available.

Does SunLiTe negotiate or administer DRP arrangements?

No. SunLiTe does not negotiate, restructure or reschedule credit agreements, or receive and distribute repayments.

Use the digital tool as a planning reference.

Website screening

What does the screening show?

One set of basic figures produces two automatic planning views: a financing planning range and a separate DRP commitment-stress indicator. With card or personal-financing balances entered, a separate 1.5% monthly what-if illustration is also shown. This assumption is not an interest rate or an available repayment plan.

Is the result an offer or provider decision?

No. It is a preliminary, institution-neutral planning reference for an adviser discussion.

How is card commitment estimated?

The screen uses 5% of total card outstanding as a monthly commitment proxy and labels that assumption in the form and result.

Are figures included in WhatsApp?

No. Result handoffs contain only a general request for an adviser explanation, not the financial figures entered.

Use official channels and understand the boundaries.

Privacy, verification & limits

Does SunLiTe promise an outcome?

How is customer information handled?

SunLiTe uses information provided through an official channel to respond to the enquiry, prepare an agreed service or quotation, keep appropriate records and meet applicable obligations. The Privacy Notice explains sharing, retention and access, correction or deletion requests.

How do I verify an adviser or message?

Start a fresh conversation through https://www.sunliteadvisory.com, official@sunliteadvisory.com or +60 11-2560 2440 before sharing documents or accepting paid work.
